The Vice-president of the Cyprus Association of Estate Agent Entrepreneurs, President of the Real Estate Agent Entrepreneurs Association of Larnaca- Famagusta and Property Auctioneer Mr. Marinos Kineyirou told us that even if we sell at a very bad market, there are things you need to do to achieve the best deal possible.

Proposal No. 1 – Licensed real estate agencies

A very important decision is to consult licensed real estate agencies and not be reassured by your effort only, which will have no effect. The licensed real estate agencies have extensive experience in sales and good connections for a fast and proper sale of the property. Also the right advertisement is a very important factor which a registered real estate agency offers.

In case you are urgent to sell directly you should decide the low price, taking into consideration that at this time there is lot of competition in the real estate market with very low prices. It is not possible to claim the outright sale of your property aiming at the best possible price for you.
