The property is located in the Community of Pervolia, within the district of Larnaca. It is located approximately 1 kilometre southwest of the centre of the village and it is situated in the touristic area of the community. Moreover, it is located approximately 1 kilometre northeast of the “Faros”, lighthouse, which is landmark for the region. It should be noted that, the property has easy access to the centre of the community, the sea and Larnaca International Airport.
The surrounding area of the property is characterised primarily by touristic developments consisting of touristic houses and apartments, touristic villas, villas under construction, empty plots, unexploited building plots etc. In general it is an area that attracts many tourists, mostly during the summer months.
As we mentioned above, the property under study is two (2) connected fields which are close to the necessary services such as electricity and water. The property is not attached to any registered public road. It has a level surface and has a triangular shape.
